European Council agrees to allow UK trucks, planes into EU post Brexit

The European Council plans to allow trucks and planes from the United Kingdom into Europe in case of a hard Brexit to prevent supply-chain disruptions, Daily Mail reported citing sources. The council said that "basic" air links with the United Kingdom will continue until at least Oct. 26 and road links will be maintained until the end of this year. The European Parliament has yet to agree to the proposals.
