Ironshore names specialty casualty business executives

Ironshore Specialty Casualty on Monday said it has named Casey Hartley senior vice president, head of programs to lead the company’s programs business in the U.S., while Tracey Sharis has been named director of programs in support of Ms. Hartley.

Ms. Hartley had led the U.S. general liability lines for Liberty International Underwriters since 2016, the company said in a statement. She is based in Atlanta and reports to Michael Finnegan, president of Ironshore Specialty Casualty.

Ms. Sharis was most recently senior vice president of operations and distribution for Ironshore Specialty Casualty and senior vice president of retail distribution, the statement said. She is based in Boston and also reports to Mr. Finnegan.

Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. announced it would buy Ironshore Inc. in late 2016.
