Axa XL transfers unit's operations to Ireland to prepare for Brexit

Bermuda-based insurer and reinsurer Axa XL has transferred its unit XL Insurance Company S.E.'s operations to Ireland from the United Kingdom as part of its Brexit preparation plans, Verdict.co.uk reported. XL Insurance will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary within the Axa XL division and offer insurance products in Europe and Asia.
