Artex issues $50 million cat bond

Artex Risk Solutions (Bermuda) Ltd.'s unit issued a $50-million private catastrophe bond for the January 2019 reinsurance renewals, Artemis.bm reports. Artex SAC Ltd. issued the – Series HX – cat bond to cover property catastrophe reinsurance risks. Details were unclear.
