Tokio Marine establishes subsidiary Tokio Marine Europe
Posted On: Nov. 23, 2018 4:52 AM CSTJapanese insurer Tokio Marine Holdings Inc. has established subsidiary Tokio Marine Europe S.A. to service its existing portfolio of policies in continental Europe post Brexit, Xprimm reports. The subsidiary will be based in Luxembourg with offices and branches in European Union countries where it is most active. Tokio Marine Europe will market its products under the brand name Tokio Marine HCC.
