Miller buys UK insurance broker

U.K.-based insurance broker Miller Insurance Services L.L.P. is acquiring counterpart Alston Gayler and Co. Ltd., Artemis.bm reports. Alston Gayler provides brokerage services related to insurance-linked securities. Miller said the acquisition will help the broker expand its wholesale and specialist brokerage platform.
