Cyber security firm Coalition Inc. is introducing a cyber insurance program designed to help charitable and volunteer-based organizations address and mitigate cyber risks.
The program offers up to $10 million of comprehensive cyber insurance coverage designed to cover a broad array of exposures, including regulatory defense, breach costs, cyber extortion, business interruption, funds transfer fraud and computer replacement, among others, as well as cyber security tools for small to midsize operations, the San Francisco-based managing general agent said Thursday in a statement.
Features of the program include risk assessment, premium discounts for nonprofit customers, bespoke policies, security expertise and various cyber security applications, such as a patch monitor app that scans for out-of-date software.
