Zurich North America names head of construction

Karen Reutter, who most recently worked for Willis Towers Watson PLC as head of construction broking for North America, has been named head of construction for Zurich North America, the insurer said Monday.
Ms. Reutter will report to Paul Horgan, head of Zurich North American commercial Insurance, according to the statement. She is based in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Ms. Reutter had previously worked from 1999 to 2001 with Zurich as national director, customer and product management, and vice president for Zurich American Insurance Co.’s construction business unit.
She replaces Scott Rasor, who retired this year.
