Venezuelan oil firm halts port operations amid tanker collision

P.J.S.C., Reuters reported citing sources. Petroleos de Venezuela has delayed nearly 5 million barrels in crude deliveries to Rosneft, a source said. The closure also disrupted shipments to U.S. oil firms Valero Energy Corp. and Chevron Corp.
