Nearly 75% of companies suffer cyber attacks: Report
Posted On: Aug. 24, 2018 5:37 AM CSTA report by U.S.-based cyber security firm Malwarebytes Inc. and Osterman Research Inc. found that nearly 75% of companies worldwide suffered cyber attack-related losses in the past 12 months, The Colorado Springs Business Journal. The report found that mid-sized companies experienced greater losses than small or large businesses. Major ransomware attacks that disrupt normal operations or shut down a company's computing infrastructure for a day or more have increased in frequency.
