Companies' board members need to deal with cyber risks: Official

Bernard Brown, vice chairman of U.K.-based consultancy firm KPMG L.L.P., called for companies' boards to deal with cyber security instead of looking at the risk as strictly an IT section’s problem, City A.M. reported. Mr. Brown said that board members need to educate themselves to deal with cyber risks.
