Austrian insurer's unit acquires Bosnian peer

Austria-based insurer The Grawe Group's unit is acquiring Bosnia and Herzegovina-based counterpart VGT Osiguranje d.d., Xprimm.com reported. Grave Osiguranje d.d. held nearly 88% stake in VGT prior to the acquisition. The merger was announced in July 2017.
