Data breaches hit nearly 50% of organizations: Study
Posted On: Jun. 6, 2018 6:29 AM CSTA study by U.S.-based security software firm SailPoint Technologies Inc. found that 44% of organizations across the world suffered at least one data breach in the last 12 months, Beta News reported. The breaches cost the organizations nearly $1 million related to information technology expenses excluding fines, lost revenue and brand damage. The study found that nearly 10% of IT leaders could not say whether or not their organizations had been breached.
