One-third of firms will pay hackers over investing in security: Report
Posted On: Jun. 5, 2018 6:27 AM CSTA report by Germany-based information security firm NTT Com Security A.G. found that a third of organizations across the world would consider paying a ransom to hackers instead of investing more in security, ZDNet.com reported. The report found that organizations in Norway, France, Germany and Austria are most likely to give a ransom over security investments.
