Directors could be fined for nuisance calls

Business directors in the United Kingdom could be personally fined up to £500,000 if they fail to prevent nuisance calls, The Guardian reported. The U.K.'s Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport said that the new fines could be levied on top of a penalty directly imposed on a company.
