Malaysian Re partners with Argo, eyes regional market

Malaysian Reinsurance Berhad has signed a memorandum of understanding with U.K.-based insurer Argo Managing Agency Ltd. for underwriting and technical support, Sinar Harian reported. Zainudin Ishak, president of Malaysian Re, said that reinsurer will work with Argo in developing and distributing specialized products for the Malaysian and regional markets.
