Storms dent NN Group's profit
Posted On: May. 17, 2018 5:51 AM CSTDutch insurer NN Group N.V.'s profit declined 23% year over year to €313 million ($370 million) in the first quarter due to storm-related losses, Reuters reported. The insurer said that the January storm caused €89 million in losses, €14 million more than previously estimated losses. Operating profit totaled €347 million in the first quarter.
