More than 25% of oil and gas senior managers concerned about safety: Report
Posted On: May. 3, 2018 6:32 AM CSTA report by Norway-based consultancy firm DNV GL A.S. found that more than 25% of senior managers in the oil and gas sector across the world believe safety management is not effective, Hazardex reported. The report found that 46% of senior professionals believe there has been underinvestment in inspection and maintenance of infrastructure and equipment in recent years. Nearly 30% of respondents said that they expect to increase spending on safety this year.
