Delay in power station construction costs firm $54 million

South Africa-based construction firm Group Five Ltd. said that delay in the construction of the Kpone thermal power station in Ghana has cost the company 649 million South African rand ($54 million), Business Insider reported. Group Five said that it faces massive penalties for not completing the project on time. The firm plans to sue various parties for the delays in the power station's construction.
