Employers in the United Kingdom with more than 250 employees must report the difference in what they pay male and female employees by April 4. The requirement was enshrined in the Equality Act of 2010, with the regulations coming into effect on April 5, 2017.

Below is a list of commercial insurance organizations with operations in the United Kingdom that have reported their gender pay gaps. The figures reflect the average difference in hourly pay and bonuses calculated on a mean basis. In all cases the figures reflect the percentage women are paid less than men.
