BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Irish central bank concerned about CBL’s ability to pay claims

The Central Bank of Ireland said that there is a "significant question" about the ability of Ireland-based CBL Insurance Europe Ltd. to pay its debts after the New Zealand High Court placed CBL Insurance Ltd. in interim liquidation, Indepenedent.ie reported. CBL Insurance Ltd. is the primary reinsurer of CBL Insurance Europe. The bank said that the administration will protect the insurer and its policyholders from the risk of insolvency proceedings.
