Managing general agent taps executive vice president

New Paradigm Underwriters L.L.C. on Tuesday named Evan D. Bull to the newly created position of executive vice president, effective immediately.

Mr. Bull will be based in New York and report to Evan Glassman, president and chief executive officer, the Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based managing general agent said in a statement.

Mr. Bull most recently was a managing director at Beecher Carlson Beecher Carlson Insurance Services L.L.C., where he was in charge of business development, the statement said.

“Throughout his career, Mr. Bull has created a range of highly innovative business interruption and income disruption products,” Mr. Glassman said in the statement. “His ability to recognize and solve client needs will be invaluable to New Paradigm and our clients.”
