Cyber attack hits Dettol's sales

U.K.-based consumer goods corporation Reckitt Benckiser Group P.L.C. said that its hygiene brand Dettol saw a sales slowdown in India in 2017 due to a cyber attack that crippled operations, Business Standard reported. Reckitt said that it had suffered a ransomware attack in June 2017 which disrupted its operations across the world. Dettol's sales were also affected by geopolitical issues in the Middle East region.
