AIG Egypt wins $68-million insurance policy bid

Gomaa Zaki, deputy chairman of AIG Egypt Insurance Co. S.A.E., said that the insurer has won a more than 1.2 billion Egyptian pounds ($68 million) policy bid to provide cover to the tourist units of business complex San Stefano Grand Plaza in Alexandria, Amwal Al Ghad reported. Mr. Zaki said that the policy has a one-year renewable term and covers the tourist units' premises, branches, and assets against all dangers arising out of fire and burglary.
