AssuredPartners acquires four agencies

AssuredPartners Inc. said Thursday it had acquired four agencies in Ohio, Louisiana, Tennessee and Georgia, representing a combined $3 million in revenue.

Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

The agencies are DeVenne Insurance L.L.C. in Columbus, Ohio; Delco Insurance Group L.L.C. in Metairie, Louisiana; BWE Insurance in Nashville, Tennessee; and William Adams & Associates in Norcross, Georgia, AssuredPartners said in a statement.

Lake Mary, Florida-based AssuredPartners acquires and invests in insurance brokerages in the United States and London. AssuredPartners has acquired more than 195 insurance agencies.

AssuredPartners is the 13th largest broker of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s latest ranking.
