Generali completes sale of Dutch operations to ASR Nederland

Italy-based insurer Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. has completed the sale of its stake in Dutch insurer Generali Nederland N.V. and its subsidiaries to counterpart ASR Nederland N.V., 1asig.ro reported. The €143-million ($175 million) transaction was announced in September 2017. Generali will remain active in the Netherlands through its global business lines including Generali Global Corporate & Commercial.
