QBE appoints new CEO of Australia, New Zealand
Posted On: Jan. 11, 2018 5:07 AM CSTAustralia-based QBE Insurance Group Ltd. has appointed Vivek Bhatia as chief executive of its Australia and New Zealand operations, SBS News reported citing the Australian Associated Press. Mr. Bhatia is currently serving as chief executive of icare, the New South Wales state government's manager of insurance and care programs. He will join QBE in the next three months, succeeding Pat Regan, who was promoted to group chief executive in September 2017.
