Burns & Wilcox expands brokerage operations in Los Angeles

H.W. Kaufman Group on Thursday said it has opened a new office for Burns & Wilcox and Burns & Wilcox Brokerage in downtown Los Angeles.

The new office at 515 S. Flower St., Los Angeles, is in addition to the company’s existing Burns & Wilcox office in Woodland Hills, California, according to a spokesman. It joins offices in San Francisco, Sacramento, Fresno and San Diego, California, Kaufman said in a statement.

Timothy D. Burnett, corporate vice president and current managing director of Woodland Hills, will serve as managing director in Los Angeles and head operations for Burns & Wilcox, reporting directly to Harvey Goldenberg, executive vice president of Burns & Wilcox who oversees California and is based in San Francisco.

Dennis Fox will serve as associate managing director in Los Angeles and head operations for Burns & Wilcox Brokerage, reporting directly to Denis Brady, President of Burns & Wilcox Brokerage in San Francisco

“An expanded presence in Los Angeles will strengthen our relationships and deliver unmatched service and expertise to our brokers, agents, and partners,” Alan Jay Kaufman, chairman, president, and CEO of H.W. Kaufman Group, parent company of Burns & Wilcox, said in the statement.
