UK marine insurer plans to set up base in Netherlands due to Brexit

"We are putting arrangements in place that will allow the UK Club to continue to provide cover for our members regardless where their ships are registered," said Hugo Wynn-Williams, chairman of the insurer's manager U.K.-based Thomas Miller Co. Ltd. A spokeswoman for UK P&I Club declined to say which city had been chosen or whether staff would be moved.
