Technology outage, cyber attack top causes of supply chain disruption: Report
Posted On: Nov. 9, 2017 4:30 AM CSTA report by U.K.-based Business Continuity Institute found that unplanned information and communications technology outage, cyber attack and data breach were the top causes of supply chain disruption this year, Supply Chain Management Review reported. More than 50% of respondents reported losses of less than €50,000 ($58,000) due to supply chain disruption in this year, compared with 33% in 2016.
