Zurich appoints Alison Martin as chief risk officer

Zurich Insurance Group A.G. has appointed Alison Martin as its new chief risk officer, Reuters reported. Ms. Martin will join Zurich's executive committee on Oct. 1, before taking on the CRO role on Jan. 1, 2018. Most recently, Ms. Martin served as head of life and health business at Swiss Re Ltd. She will take over from Cecilia Reyes, who is expected to retire from Zurich in the first quarter of 2018.
