Drought likely to cause more than $700 million damage to grain crops

Vukoslav Savkovic, leader of the Serbian Grain Association, said that drought has caused an estimated €600 million ($718 million) of damage to grain crops, UkrAgroConsult reports citing Radio Television of Serbia. Damage has been caused to corn, soy, sugar beet and sunflower, as well as fruits such as raspberries, plums, cherries, apricots and blackberries.
