McDonald's to shut nearly 170 outlets in India amid dispute with partner

Ltd., Reuters reported. McDonald's said that it was “compelled” to take the action because CPRL had breached the terms of their franchise agreements. The move follows a protracted legal dispute between the two companies that started in 2013.
