AssuredPartners makes Colorado acquisitions

AssuredPartners Inc. on Tuesday said it has acquired Front Range Insurance Group L.L.C. of Fort Collins, Colorado, and the employee benefits and property/casualty teams of its VolkBell unit.

The combined organizations and their 28 staff will operate under Front Range Insurance Group and will remain under the leadership of principals John Bell, Sue Roberts, David Wooldridge and Steve Smith, Lake Mary, Florida-based AssuredPartners said in a statement.

“For over 32 years it has been the goal of our team to make our clients lives easier,” Mr. Bell, Front Range’s managing principal, said in a statement. “Our clients will continue to work with the consultants and service teams they know and trust.” 

Tom Riley, president and COO of AssuredPartners, said in a statement that “VolkBell and Front Range Insurance Group are well known and well respected in the Northern Colorado marketplace.”
