Audi to recall 850,000 cars to update emission software

Germany-based automaker Audi A.G. is recalling up to 850,000 diesel-fueled cars to update vehicle software that controls emissions in a bid to avoid potential driving bans, Reuters reported. The recall also applies to Porsche- and Volkswagen-branded cars using the same six and eight-cylinder engines, Audi said.
