Terms and conditions of ILS-backed reinsurance converge with traditional reinsurance: Willis Re

A report by U.S.-based reinsurance broker Willis Re Inc. has found that the terms and conditions on reinsurance backed by insurance-linked securities have largely converged with reinsurance backed by traditional reinsurers, Artemis.bm reports. This signals a chance for further ILS growth and more challenges for traditional reinsurers, Willis Re said.
