Neon Underwriting appoints director of reinsurance, alternative capital

U.K.-based specialist insurer Neon Underwriting Ltd. has appointed Mark Gibson as director of reinsurance and alternative capital, Artemis.bm reports. Mr. Gibson will report to Ian Martin, managing director at Neon, and will be responsible for developing the insurer's outward reinsurance program and alternative or third-party capital strategy.
