Volkswagen recalls 766,000 cars globally

German automaker Volkswagen A.G. is recalling 766,000 of its core passenger car brand worldwide for a software update to their braking control systems, Reuters reported citing Deutsche Presse-Agentur. The recall includes 385,000 cars of Skoda, Audi and Volkswagen brands in Germany, a spokesman said.
