RSA to move European headquarters to Luxembourg post-Brexit

U.K.-based insurer RSA Insurance Group P.L.C. will open a subsidiary office in Luxembourg in response to Brexit, The Telegraph reported.

The office will serve as the headquarters for RSA's existing European Union offices in Belgium, France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. A spokeswoman for RSA said that the British insurer chose Luxembourg over others on the shortlist because it has an experienced regulator, strategic location and multi-national expertise. Read more
