Most financial services firms to spend more resources on cyber security: Survey

A global survey by U.S.-based corporate finance advisor Duff & Phelps Corp. found that more than 85% of financial services firms plan to spend more time and resources on cyber security this year, compared with less than 60% in 2016, eSecurity Planet reports. More than 30% of respondents said they expect cyber security to be the top priority for regulators this year, compared with fewer than 20% in 2016.
