Spring Consulting unveils captive insurance offering

Spring Consulting Group L.L.C. on Wednesday said it has launched a new rent-a-captive product offering.
Delaware-licensed Bloom Insurance Co. is a series captive that will be divided into cells and rented out to companies and organizations interested in using a captive to finance their risks, particularly medical stop-loss, without having to form an individual captive themselves, Boston-based Spring Consulting said in a statement.
