Storm Doris could be costliest of season: Aon Benfield

U.K.-based reinsurance broker Aon Benfield Group Ltd.'s subsidiary Impact Forecasting L.L.C. has said that storm Doris, that hit the United Kingdom on Feb. 22, could result in the largest insurance and reinsurance losses of the 2016-2017 storm season, Artemis.bm reported. Impact Forecasting said that with damage caused significant damage in a number of countries, including Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, the Czech Republic and others.
