Enstar to reinsure RSA's UK employers' liability business.
Posted On: Feb. 8, 2017 5:00 AM CSTA subsidiary of Bermuda-based runoff specialist Enstar Group Ltd. has signed an agreement to reinsure U.K.-based RSA Insurance Group P.L.C.'s U.K. employers' liability legacy business, EconoTimes reported. Enstar's subsidiary will assume gross insurance reserves of more than £950 million ($1.2 billion) relating to 2005 and prior year business. Reinsurance premium payable to Enstar's subsidiary will be nearly £800 million.
