India records highest customers perception gap of cyber attacks on banks
Posted On: Feb. 6, 2017 6:29 AM CSTA survey by French consultant Capgemini S.A.'s Digital Transformation Institute found that India has a 50% gap, the highest worldwide, between customers' perception and reality of cyber attacks on banks, Business Standard reports.
The survey found that nearly 80% of consumers in India would switch bank in case of a data breach, while almost 90% are willing to trade financial privacy in exchange of benefits or services.
