Fiat Chrysler faces class action lawsuit

Canadian law firm Siskinds L.L.P. has filed a class action lawsuit against U.K. automaker Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. for equipping about 10,000 diesel Dodge RAM 1500 pickup trucks and Jeep Grand Cherokees in Canada with emissions-cheating software, Beacon Herald reports. The claim alleges that the vehicles emitted higher than advertised and higher than legal levels of pollutants.
