AIG mulls shifting E.U. headquarters to Dublin from U.K. post Brexit

U.S.-based insurer American International Group Inc. has asked the Irish government for its view on an application to move the insurer's European headquarters from London to Dublin post Brexit, Irish Independent reports. Michael Noonan, Irish Finance Minister, seemed to be open to the idea. Anthony Baldwin, chief executive of AIG's European and U.K. arms, said that the insurer could make a decision about its European headquarters in the coming year.
