Regional insurance broker acquires local counterpart
Posted On: Jan. 13, 2017 5:00 AM CSTCanadian insurance broker Archway Insurance Inc. has acquired local counterpart D.R. Hayman Insurance, effective Dec. 31, 2016, NG News reported. The acquisition of Hayman brings the total number of Archway locations to 21 – covering mainland Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. It also expands Archway's presence into a new area of Nova Scotia. All existing employees of Hayman will be retained, while Boyd Greene will continue as Hayman president through the transition period.
