London behind Bermuda in ILS business: Officials

London insurance insiders have said that Bermuda has an edge over the city when it comes to insurance-linked securities business, The Royal Gazette reported citing the Financial Times. Katherine Coates, a partner at U.K.-based law firm Clifford Chance L.L.P., said that London is not as fast as Bermuda, which allows post-transaction notification.
