Broker recruits several property/casualty executives from rival

Six executives have left a rival broker to join Hylant Group Inc.'s Toledo, Ohio office.

Hylant has named Mario Procaccini senior vice president, client executive, the company said in a Thursday statement. Jeff Gillmor and John Kinn have been named vice president, client executive. Hylant named Matt Spragg client executive. Gail Lewandowski and Judy Anderson have been named client service manager.

The newly appointed executives are members of Toledo-based Hylant’s property and casualty practice, according to the statement. All the executives joined from Huntington Insurance’s property & casualty department, according to the statement.

Hylant is the 38th largest broker of U.S. business, while Huntington is No. 58, according to Business Insurance's latest ranking.
