UK marine insurer opens office in Shanghai

U.K.-based marine insurer The North Group has opened an office in the Pudong district of Shanghai, China, Insider reports. "Our Shanghai office will be used to maintain our high service levels in the region," said Paul Jennings, joint managing director of North Group. Meanwhile, the insurer has appointed Robert Crichton as director of operations in Japan.
